Came here as we were looking for dessert as we drove further out into the west on a trip, and I was only mediocrely satisfied. We had their red velvet pancakes, mango bings, and an iced coffee. The pancakes were probably the best dish here, being presented really nicely, and tasting just as good as it looks. The only downside was the choice of bubblegum ice cream, which was incredibly questionable. Perhaps we were given an option to choose but I don’t remember being asked, regardless, I’m shocked that it wasn’t simply vanilla ice cream. The mango bingsu was an utter letdown unfortunately. I was under the impression that it was ice cream, let me reiterate that, ice cream, not sorbet. It was a very icy shaved mango sorbet that felt more like I was eating a slushy out of a bowl. Bingsu is traditionally known as a milk-based dessert so the obscurity of not naming it as a mango sorbet, but a mango and cream bingsu (which also looked nothing like the images) is extremely disappointing. Im sure their other desserts would be tasty as well, proven by how the pancakes were, but the experience here was simply unsatisfying.

This place gets pretty packed out on a Saturday night, so expect to wait a little for a table. Haven't tried the meals here yet as we've only gone here for coffee and desserts - which I must say are AH-MAY-ZING! Desserts haven't disappointed us at all so far. Latest visit we ordered the creme brulee, icecream cigars (fried icecream in filo pastry) and the taro bingsu. All got the tick of approval from the 5 of us ladies! My favourite was the bingsu.. it wasn't icy like many bingsu you get from other places.. the flavours and textures were just perfect and so refreshing! Yum. We actually overstayed our welcome lol we arrived at 7.30pm and was promptly kicked out at 10.30pm, which is understandable because being a Saturday night they need tables for new patrons. We just had so much fun catching up that we didn't realise time had slipped by that fast, plus it was our bad for not ordering more during our 3 hours stay. Anyway, regardless, we will be back to try the rest of their menu soon!

The food here is above and beyond !!! It looks incredible and tastes even better ! The prices are very decent for big serving sizes. The service here is really good. We had a new employee who was still learning but went above and beyond to help us out. There aren't any vegan options and a few vegetarian options. They were more than happy to construct a vegan dish out of side options and it came out looking and tasting amazing. I was very happy. The service is very friendly and helpful but could use a bit of improvement. The atmosphere is nice with good artworks but the seating and tables were a bit small and not the most comfortable. The quality and price and presentation of the food and desert more than makes up for any shortcomings this place has. Truly an incredible and tasty experience. My companions say this is the best fried ice cream they've ever had. 100% recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, dinner AND desert!

Extremely disgusting customer service by opening waitress this morning 02/02/2020 (waitress with long black hair and lower lip piercing). Our family are regular customers and usually enjoy the food and service. However this morning we were beyond shocked and appalled by the waitress working at 10am. The cafe was empty, my family was meeting for breakfast, 2 family members arrived early and tried to ask for a table for 10. The waitress rudely told her we should sit outside even though the inside could accommodate well over our numbers. Once our group arrived (entire cafe still EMPTY) we asked if we could sit inside if we sat separately, to which she responded by violently slamming the tables together whilst heavily sighing. My 6 yr old daughter had been sitting at and using one of the tables she'd slammed but she continued to slam 3 more tables together before my husband stopped her to tell her to be careful as she'd might injure my daughter. She turned to say 'i know' before shoving the tables again. My entire family were shocked by her abhorrent behavior. At this point we calmly told her we were leaving, she said nothing.

It's important to note that on a separate occasion I visited with my husband and 2 daughters a little over 2 weeks ago. We asked to sit inside and was met with the same attitude by another waitress who, brushed past us, proceeded to shove 2 tables violently together before slamming a water jug on our table as we were seated. My husband asked the waitress if she was ok and mentioned her previous actions and she said 'yeah I know.' We've always enjoyed our previous visits so I chose not to write a review then, despite the extreme lack of professionalism.

Now after reading some reviews, it seems V lounge have had a long standing issue with customer service. And although there have been many responses from Vlounge management (or whoever runs their socials) apologising for bad customer service, it seems no actual changes have been made to rectify these issues. Very disappointing, will not be supporting this business...

I was looking forward to dessert, however were very disappointed about the service we received tonight. We ordered 3 desserts to share. Our first one arrived in 15 mins, considering they had a full house we didn’t mind. After 25-30 mins went by I asked one of the wait staff for an ETA for the other two desserts, the wait staff said they will Follow it up after asking what we were waiting for. 10 mins went by we flagged another person down and asked about our 2 desserts and she told us the pandan sticky rice Parfitt was no longer available, confused with this message I said no one told me I have spoken to 2 previous staff, she looked confused and said she will check and come back to me. After a few minutes she said both the desserts are on their way, I confirm with her that the pandan Parfitt was still available. The 2 nd dessert came out after 45 mins. After finishing that, I decided to try my luck again and ask a male wait staff for the last dessert, he said he will check and come back, then a another staff approached us to ask if we still want the last dessert…. Confused I asked I’ve waited over 1 hour for it where is it? She said the kitchen didn’t receive the order and asked if I still wanted it.. I politely told her how many time I had to follow this up and said No just cancel it I don’t want to wait another minute. I’m personally confused about how it was in 4 peoples hands yet no one could produce the results, all the wait staff seemed confused when we asked and one thought it was no available, I spent 1.5 hours there just waiting for 1 dessert. Horrible end to good evening. Sorry doesn’t cut it after following up 4 times, they weren’t...

V Lounge Cafe is truly a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the inviting atmosphere. The decor strikes a perfect balance between modern and cozy, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and socializing.

The menu is a delightful mix of classic and innovative dishes. I tried the signature Samurai In Rome Pasta, which was a perfect blend of flavors and beautifully presented. My friend ordered the Softshell Crab Salad, and it was fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. The coffee selection is equally impressive; I indulged in a rich cappuccino that was expertly crafted.

What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was friendly and attentive, genuinely making us feel welcome and valued. They offered great recommendations and seemed to take pride in ensuring we had a wonderful experience.

To top it all off, we couldn’t resist trying a dessert. The Strawberry Dream Bingsu was so irresistible we got a second serving for takeaway.

Overall, V Lounge Cafe exceeded all expectations. It’s the perfect place for a casual brunch, a coffee date, or a quiet afternoon with a book. Can't wait to return with more...
