My rating is only on service - Worst customer service on the phone. I have ordered the pizza at7:33pm and it’s 9:23pm I’m giving the review the pizza has not yet arrived. I called them twice the guy called Thomas was very rude and said that they are busy and we have to wait and once he hang up on me. They said that they are busy and customer has to wait they don’t care. If they can’t provide delivery why have delivery option. The worst part was not even being apologetic. I asked why can’t you call customer and inform the orders are getting delayed they said they do t have time for customers.I really feel sad for good business who valued their customers ran out of business during COVID , I think business like these who never shows respect to customer should run out of business. The guy called Thomas shouldn’t be in the hospitality business at all. If it was my business I would not employed a person with such a bad attitude...

I’m so disappointed in Valentines. I’ve let their ridiculous waiting times not bother me for the last couple of years (nearly two hours…) but the pizza I received today had no cheese and was burnt. And you want to charge me 30$$ for that. What a joke. I ordered on Uber a gf base, which they only give you the option of vegan cheese. I have MANY times ordered with the note regular cheese and received my pizza, sometimes a bit toasted…. Fine. But today when I called to discuss my issue, they told me they don’t receive those notes. Well you have previously. When I asked why there wasn’t even vegan cheese on it, they responded “we ran out of vegan cheese” well that could’ve been told to me if not via the app then my delivery driver. Your pizza and the prices are not worth the terrible customer service I have experienced from this establishment over the years. Dreadful. Thank God Johnny Gios opened down...

Second time ordering here. Placed the order for 2 pizzas at 6:50pm and was told that they would be ready at 7:30. Arrived at 7:25 and was told they were running late and they would be ready in 10 minutes. then in 10 minutes was told it would be another 10 minutes. This continued until after 8pm!! When the pizzas were finally ready they were handed over without even an apology for making us stand around waiting for 30 minutes, constantly lying and saying they were almost ready when they were not. And after all that when we got home with the pizzas they were barely even cut into slices which made it difficult to eat. Overall the pizza was OK, definitely much worse quality than the first time, but I will absolutely not be buying from this place again. no care or respect given to...
