EDIT #2 in response to the owner’s reply below: Vermicelli dishes should always include herbs - it’s never an extra to pay for. The photograph in the menu even showed the dish with herbs, including what looked like coriander. Not only did we get a tiny slither of coriander after being charged extra for it, but there were NO other herbs included. We were not informed of the extra charge at all until we were about to tap and we questioned the higher price than what was quoted in the menu. Unfortunately, this is not good enough as customers must be informed up front and before you ring things up randomly. You could be adding things on to customers’ bills without them even being aware of it as they trust you to charge them fairly. We had asked for fresh chilli too, which was not delivered at all and for which we may have paid extra if asked. Unfortunately no, we do not understand this low level of service standard, the strange answer and peculiar attitude. We are sorry to say that we feel strongly about this and it is important that you adopt your practices and take the feedback seriously if you want to keep your customers. We will not be recommending you to others. You must be a new owner because the previous we dealt with was a man, not you. And he would have never tried to cheat customers in this way and had an excellent work ethic. If the ownership hasn’t changed, then unfortunately you are ruining the business. There was a time when your food and service truly were spectacular, but this dropped steeply a handful of months ago. This feedback was your opportunity to correct the issue and show commitment, which would have resulted in your rating perhaps being increased accordingly. Unfortunately it will remain one star or less.

B5 Cafe is my absolute favorite spot in Narraweena! They nail that perfect balance between traditional and modern Vietnamese cuisine, and it’s always my top pick for a Vietnamese Pho in NorthernnBeaches. The Pho here is unbeatable – flavorful broth, tender meats, and all the fixings. And their rice paper rolls? Fresh and bursting with flavor every single time. We loved their pho all the time. I ordered as usually saying rare beef even didn't mention Pho neither Combination. But the food was ready for Combination. This is second mistake... We accepted first mistake and had it without any complaints. So, Nicely, I asked it's wrong food ready. The young lady came out and said you didn't say it, it's not my fault!! And She shakes her head. We actually wanted to let them know even it's not my order but We were gonna have it if they say sorry..
