When I approached the chef about the texture of the schnitzel, he responded that it is always like this. Additionally, he showed no concern or interest in examining the sandwich that I returned.

This experience was very unexpected and did not meet the service standards I have come to expect from your establishment. I hope you can address these issues to ensure a better dining experience for all your customers.

I love these folks. Is rare that I go because I'm usually hiking but it's nice to feel a bit of inner city vibe in the suburbs, without pretention. There is a good range of good food and the portions are ample. There are larger tables and, of course given the suburban location, you'll often get kids or family groups here that fit in fine. Open fronted with no steps so very accessible. I think the bathrooms are in back so I can't comment but as the small mall is serviced by council of assume it to be accessible. It's close enough to the local weekend Baseball/Cricket game and the Land Cove...

I haven't visited Vertical since before the pandemic. So nice to see that my favourite meal is still on the menu and hasn't lost any of it's quality or appeal. Bird Nest Salad with Grilled Haloumi, Croutons, Semi-Dried Tomatoes, Mixed Salad, Avo, Toasted Almonds, Lemon and Basil Pesto and 2 Poached Eggs is an extremely flavoursome treat. All of the components (and there's lots of them) combine perfectly. The dressing brings it all together. Thank you for a great memory hit. I also couldn't believe how busy it was on Easter Thursday.
