Coconut Coffee House — Restaurant in Terranora

Extremely dissatisfied. My partner and I wanted to support local so have tried this cafe a few times hoping that they were just having a bad day. Visit 1: my partners food was completely forgotten whilst it wasn’t busy. No staff noticed only one of us was eating. when asked, we were told the kitchen staff had spiked it by accident. We received one complimentary drink for next time..... visit 2: worst Eggs Benedict we have tasted with barely a drizzle of Hollendaise. Matcha latte had no flavour of matcha, tasted like plain milk, I couldn’t even stomach a quarter of it and I love matcha. Visit 3: our food took way too long, with about 5 customers in the whole cafe. They apologised and brought us complimentary drink cards. I asked for hard poached eggs and received 1 hard and one completely soft egg. To top it off, they forgot our milkshake order and we had to ask for that. 3 chances is enough and will never return to this cafe Such a shame as it is beautiful but...

The food was to die for!! It’s the best pancakes I’ve had in a very long time, and the idea of fairy floss with ice cream on the pancakes was a very unique, and worked perfectly, although I didn’t get to taste the eggs Benedict the smell and presentation told me it was cooked to perfection, and when you thought it couldn’t get any better, the staff there are so nice and inviting, the food was not only presented excellent but was also made in a short time and brought out to our table. And don’t even get me started on the coffee. It was the best coffee and breakfast I’ve had in a long time. I could not speak more highly of this coffee house. Beautifully decorated cafe and friendly staff. Order was 2 coffees, both in cups with milk on the side to be served after our meal Avocado smash on a bed of spinach with fetta, basil and lemon. Confirmed twice when I ordered the coffees that they were to come after the meal - sure no problem they said. Sat down and coffees arrived within 2 minutes - no sugar, no spoon, no milk on the side. Meal arrived - sliced avocado and spinach on a piece of toast - no fetta, no basil, no lemon. Not sure how they could get a simple order so wrong. Very apologetic and offered us free coffee next time we come in which is useless if you live 800 klms away. Glad I didn't order anything too...
