If there was a way to put a minus star I would. Heard my wife order on the phone as I was bathing the children asking for a gluten free base ham pineapple pizza, a carne pizza, a hot pizza for my husband. On my pick up of the pizza there was only 2, I paid and left not thinking as I was on kid duty LOL. Getting home understanding the error of my ways, being only 2 pizza pick!!!!!!! I drive back up to ask for the other pizza I’m told my wife only ordered the 2?? So after I heard what she ordered in the phone plus the fact it was repeater the lady from the pizza shop accepted no responsibility at all. I’ve left a lot of reviews over the years not a lot bad at all. Over priced pizza $26 for a meat lovers, $26 ham pineapple GF customer service -2/10 Pizza Quality 6/10 Had a pizza at Beppi’s 2 years ago for $28 sit in Oldest Italian in Australia Had a pizza at Catalina 2 years ago for $26 looking at the Harbour Bridge Both restaurants above customer service second to none. The flavours in this hidden gem were mouth watering! Heard so much about this place, it did NOT disappoint!! We had the Arrancini balls (4), Pizza’s, Wings, the kids ordered the Wings and Cheese Stick meals. For dessert we had the Churros and Tiramisu. Portion sizes were large all round, the kids won’t get through their meals! Drinks were generous. The happy, friendly and helpful customer service from both girls was the best I’ve seen in years. Wood fire gave off a terrific atmosphere. The Kitchen was super clean and ran like a well oiled machine on a very busy Friday night. Drinks and meals all served within 15 mins. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we ran late. The only thing I missed was a coffee at the end, nothing that the Barista Touch Coffee machine couldn’t fix!! AMAZING...its hard to know where to start with reviewing this restaurant! But I have to start with Helen, the manager, owner & wonderful front of house host, eventho all the staff r top notch, as its a gorgeous family run business! Tonight we tried the Specialty Ribs & to say they r the Best Ribs my partner has ever eatern is saying ALOT, the amount of juicy, moist meat on them was outstanding!! Congrats to the Chef for the cook on these...Served with 2 sides, he chose the greens & wings...huge, full of flavour, deliciousness! As always, I tried their pizza, this time asked for Chicken to be added (no probs!) And again, the BEST pizza in the local area hands down!! And it continued to the Dessert Special.. Zeppole Donuts, served with Rasberry Coulis, Vanilla Icecream with Rose Petals..OMG..Light, Crisp, Fluffy..It was an absolute treat eating here tonight & cant recommend this Gem...
