The Coffee Nook — Restaurant in Tintinara

This is a cafe within the supermarket with a section for seating. Pizzas are made after 5pm. We popped for a light late lunch. All sandwiches are pre-prepared at the counter. We ordered some pies from a pie oven, but it wasn't on. They heated the pies in a microphone oven and then a short stint in a toaster then into the bag. The pies were not close to crispy they were a soggy microwaved mess. The best part was the tomato sauce. The coffees were just OK. Not the rave reviews from the other reviewers. It certainly is not deserving of the current 4.8 from the 10 reviews before me. Closer to a 2-3 is more...

I never leave reviews but that was bad. Ordering two sausage rolls and a pie seemed very hard work. the lady was more focused on telling the school age girl to wipe glass cabinets. And was having a hard time processing what to do with a simple order of some pastries and a roll. in the end we got a microwaved pie that fell to pieces as soon as my son took it out the bag, the sausage rolls were cold in the middle as well. No bin in sight for the rubbish in the seating area. All round sad we...

Food was disgusting. We ordered a sausage roll and 2 ham cheese and tomato croissants. The sausage roll was microwaved and soggy. Asked if we wanted sauce with the sausage roll, said no, and they squirted sauce into the bag anyway. By the time we got 2 minutes down the road to eat the food, the bags had split and leaked liquid over my wife. The croissants ended up extremely soggy.
