Coffee is always inconsistent, one day itâs too hot, the next day itâs too cold. Maybe more staff training would be beneficial especially for some of the staff. They are forever running out of milk, and toasties, Itâs getting beyond a joke, when you have a perfectly good cafe and you have to go next door to IGA just to get something to eat.
I appreciate the effort you put into the response, but honestly, it read more like a defensive essay than a sincere apology. Dismissing my review by claiming youâve ânever run out of milkâ and blaming a school event for being unprepared only proves the point â instead of taking the feedback on board, youâve spent paragraphs explaining why itâs not your fault. Whether itâs a supply issue, poor communication, or simply bad timing, the result is the same: customers leave disappointed.

As we don't eat ham, we ordered the Cheese Wise with caramelised onions instead (recommended by the friendly staff) and it was a real good "hack" since Cheese Wise has more types of cheese (swiss, mozerella and american cheddar) than The OG (just american cheddar).    Read moreOn thursday when I went in for a coffee and a toastie. I was rudely told by the coffee machine worker to wait my turn as she continued talking to others. Furthermore there was no available toasties and said that they were sold out, which was absurd since it was only 2 hours from opening time. What really pushed it to the edge for me was how poorly the coffee was made, tasted burn.
I really hope that this barista gets further training and learns better customer service.
