I ordered a simple latte at 9:30am By the time it arrived, I had: • Finished a crossword puzzle • Started learning Portuguese on my phone • Made three new friends in line behind me • Watched my beard grow noticeably longer • Considered applying for citizenship in whatever country this pace of life is normal in.

The coffee itself? Pretty decent! It’s got that “worth the wait” quality, assuming you define “wait” as “geological epoch.” The barista moves with the deliberate grace of a sloth practicing tai chi. I’m convinced they’re not actually making coffee but rather growing the beans from scratch for each order.

Pro tip: Order your drink, then go home, do your taxes, take a nap, and come back. It might be ready by then. Maybe.

There’s no WiFi (it’s literally just a window in a wall), but that’s okay because I had enough time to go home, binge-watch all six seasons of “Better Call Saul,” return to check on my order, discover it wasn’t ready yet, then go back and start “Breaking Bad” from the beginning.

Dropped in to this cute hole in the wall on Sunday morning a couple of weeks ago to grab 2 coffees to go. The staff were super nice but OMG sooo sloooow! Yes it was quite busy but they were hardly cranking through the coffees and there is no sit down cafe here so it's JUST takeaway. I waited 25 mins and then I asked for my money back as there was still another 10 min wait and I'd already missed most of the kids soccer match. I hope the coffee is worth the wait but unfortunately I won't be going back...
