I usually take my two boys for a treat, a Chocolate Freeze, after school and Kindergarten on Fridays. I have to say that the Friday afternoon crew, and other staff on at the odd times I've popped by, are just really friendly and lovely. They remember what we have and really engage with my boys in the back seat. As someone who works in hospitality as well, I recognise and appreciate people who genuinely enjoy their job and interacting with people. You can teach people how to do a job, but you can't teach people how to like others: these ladies have personality in buckets! Love the coffee here and the staff are great, but there is not one veggie or vegan hot food option! Every hot food option is meat-based. I mean how hard is it to whip up a cheese and tomato toastie if you’re already making a ham and cheese toastie? Or a ricotta and spinach roll alongside the traditional sausage roll offering?

And when you message and email them about it they don’t bother responding.

C’mon folks surely you can do better for your non-meat...

Speed of service is alright, and there drink selection is large. However, in an order 3 caps one white hot chocolate without marshmallows and a hot chocolate with marshmallows, I expect what I order, two normal hot chocolates one with marshmallows and one without, is not what we ordered, and we know you have whit hot chocolates as you've done this exact order before.
