Big Al's Pizza & Pasta Traralgon — Restaurant in Victoria

Despite ordering a simple order of 1 cheesy garlic pizza and a family carbonara delivered by a specific delivery driver, this business isn’t able to follow specific instructions by a customer. When I spoke with the owner of the business I was told my simple instructions were unimportant as the drivers do not work for me they work for her and therefore have no need to accept my instructions for delivery. I would advise people considering ordering from this business to reconsider if they have any desire to be respected specifically by the owner.

Since first writing this post, the owner has chosen to fire the delivery driver because I refused to accept a delivery that is not as I ordered. Tomorrow is another day and I will be helping her to take this matter to the fair works onbudsman. I don’t normally make negative reviews but it is my hope that anybody considering working with this company takes time to look into how employees are...

We ordered a Jumbo pizza with custom made toppings of tomatoe, oinion, Capsicum, mushrooms chicken, basil, herbs, and cheese. It was HANDS DOWN the BEST pizza I've eaten. I've had pizza in Italy and in New York, and who would have thought a Big Als in Traralgon could be WORLD CLASS.

Easily a 97 out of 100 on any scoring system you want.

5 stars isn't enough. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

I'm a Traralgon local now and this is my GO TO Pizza place. We lived in Melbourne for 30 years and had many "gourmet" pizzas but nothing comes close to the SIZE, the flavours explode due to local produce, fresh basil.

Excellent job on my pizza, it showed passion and an enjoyment for the dish that was unforgettable.

( To many people complain if it's bad, but when it's good / great, heap praise on the owner, it's a tough job, and I applauded...

Really delicious "crust less" pizza available in Gippsland.

Been excellent all the time.

No greasy filled boxes of undercooked dough.. always a well cooked and delicious base..

No charge for half and half pizzas..

Staff are always nice when visiting..

However whenever I've asked over the phone for extra mushroom.. seems to go skimp on the 3rd order. Please don't go skimp when someone asks and is paying for a "generous layer".

Pasta is always excellent and the only shop in the valley that serve a "spaghetti pizza" (two for one in my kids eyes as they get their two favourite meals in one).. as my son says.. winner winner chicken dinner.. even thought it's pizza.

When my son gets the spaghetti pizza.. his eyes and tummy jump for joy.
