Mixed feelings. For past few years this has been my favourite petrol stop en route to Melbourne or if cross country driving from NE Vic to Central Vic - Ballarat etc. It was once a Westside outlet. Cheaper than anywhere else, very clean, well stocked shelves - very impressive. Somewhat shocked on weekend to see it is now a Shell oulet. Pricewise ULP was same price as a Shell outlet in Benalla but 4c a litre cheaper than the huge Euroa Shell stop just down the road. I just wish it had have remained smaller under the Westside brand, but in the end I go there once in a blue moon, so it's more about the local community. Hopefully this change to Shell...

The older lady who served us was rude—eye rolling, groaning, and getting visibly annoyed when we asked simple questions.
