This place proves it’s perfectly fine to have ridiculous expectations. Let me explain: Before I ate my first Brick Lane bagel I said to my partner, “imagine if the best bagels outside of Brooklyn are in Ballarat!” He wisely warned me to manage my expectations especially given that I lived across from one of the best bagel shops when I lived in NY. 👏It turns out that I was right.👏Brick Lane bagels are hands down the best bagels I’ve had since coming back from Brooklyn nearly 5 years ago. What amazing service and incredible Bagels, we ordered them online and picked them up yesterday. Truly great Bagels, we had a couple for lunch with cream cheese, hot mustard, pastrami and coleslaw, Superb. We haven't tasted any other Bagels in Australia that compare, so definitely try them.
