Tried this business for the first time today and can say I was completely unimpressed. Upon walking into store it was like we were ignored for the first few minutes even though we were standing at counter wanting to order. Wanted to take advantage of the Mother’s Day offer but was told it only applies to 2 burgers but no where was this stated in advertising, need to put conditions on your advertising if this is the case and not falsely put out information. Placed our order only to find out when order was ready it had no strawberry milk shake and be told we did not order a strawberry milk shake, I actually know we did request it but staff member was quite rude and somewhat arrogant to tell us we did not. I am well aware of what we asked for so no need to be telling me I am wrong. Also found out upon getting home to eat meal that we had ordered onion rings but they were not in bag so this is the staff members mistake as well. I know order was read back but honestly the staff members english was poor at best and was hard to understand, also worth noting staff member had an apple airpod or something similar in their ear probably playing music so my guess did not hear what we fully asked for. I now have no idea what I actually paid for and if I have been ripped off as no receipt was supplied. As for the best burgers in town motto unfortunately burgers are just average. Uniquely located next to the petrol station on Howitt St in Wendouree, you'll find this neat little burger shop cooking up some crazy good feed 😋. The menu was quite extensive. It's everything you'd wished for in a burger shop. We ordered the following: KOREAN CRAFT CHICKEN BURGER - 🍔 Crispy chicken with their slaw and chilli sauce. A tad heavy on the Chilli sauce, but it was a great burger 🍔 😋 nonetheless. KOREAN CRAFT BEEF BURGER - 🍔 Charlie continued the Korean theme but with beef. Grilled wagyu need patty, with grilled haloumi? It was somewhat a winning combination and he absolutely loved it 😋 . CHEESY FRIES - Crispy fries 🍟 and cheese sauce. Holy moly was it good. 😋 ONION RINGS - We'd be absolutely foolish to not order some yummy Crispy onion rings with our already awesome burgers. BISCOFF WAFFLES 🧇 we didn't expect that they make waffles but golly it was huge. Hot waffles with some ice cream and and some biscoff that will satisfy all sweet lovers out there. STRAWBERRY SHAKE 🍓 We had to order some shakes to satisfy that sweet tooth even further. Perfect combination with the burgers giving it some old school diner vibes. We wished we ordered more cause there's a whole heap of other food we haven't tried such as chicken wings as well as fish, vegan and vegetarian burgers. This place caters for every body. Update: Oh wow. I’ve switched allegiance - this is now my favourite burger. Admittedly I’ve only tried two from here, and the first one I thought at the time was the best burger I’d ever eaten. But tried the Spicy Bird two more times and no longer as enamoured. New love: the Korean Craft Burger. It had the appropriate amount of sweet spicy Korean Sauce (whatever that is), that dripped into a pool on my plate, for mopping up duties with the last bready bites. Spicy. Great!

Original: Lured in by a half price deal for Spicy Bird burgers, I was so impressed. Indulgent, messy, and extremely delicious. Highly recommend!
