ordered chips, crab sticks, flake and corn jacks. Was told half an hour wait, which is reasonable being good friday. Went back in 25 minutes later, wasn’t acknowledged, waited 10 minutes, then stood at the counter to ask. none of the staff even looked at me. Eventually asked about the order that had been waiting in the warmer the whole time i was inside. They all looked at each other then said they were waiting on crab sticks. They turned around and they were sitting amongst chips in a basket over the fryers, which had also been sitting out for a while. One of the staff also wiped their face, wiped it on their pants and went back to touching food. Disgusting. Another staff member was also putting enough salt to induce a heart attack on all of the orders.

Came here because everything else was shut… I wouldn’t come here again. I’ve never sat in a fish and chip shop for 15 mins and walked out with my clothes smelling like old oil, but it happened here. On the upside, potato cakes were crispy and thick, cooked wonderfully! The girl with black hair that served me has no customer service skills and awful attitude. As someone who always has, and still does, work in customer service, her attitude is completely unacceptable. Hsp is a thin layer of chips, scattered meat and a little bit of sauce and cheese. Not at all worth $15. Weirdly served in a pizza box. Onion rings aren’t homemade, which you’d expect for $1ea. Asked for chicken salt, got no salt. Fish was neither here nor there. Ordered dinner for delivery and received a confirmation text which was all well and good. Waited an hour and a half in total to be delivered - which was nowhere near the time that was provided to me in the text. I understood it may be busy as it was a Friday night however didn’t think it would take this long. Rang the store to see what the go was, rang for 10 minutes straight and no one picked up the phone.
