This establishment needs to be looked into! It’s an absolute disgrace! Went there last night for a booked 18th and arrived to no booked table for over 20 people, there was a table for 4 people with our name on it and we were told to “work it out”! There was absolutely no care given! The place is an absolute mess! There were tables filled with dirty cups etc the entire inside was a shambles with tables and chairs just all over the place! Not to mention the fact that there were patrons there with absolutely zero respect for the fact there were children around and had their bits on show! And I mean men with their * out! Men in the women’s toilets with the doors open, absolutely no care in the world. We didn’t even sit down for a meal because there was not enough organisation from staff for our table, we left the party we were with and went home after 40 minutes of trying to work it out ourselves. This establishment needs closing down! The photo I included was our “table” for over 20 people. **RESPONSE TO OWNER You were informed of the issue, once by my niece, who upon arrival, asked where their booked table was and was told to work it out, it's outside "somewhere" to which she found a little sign on a table for 4. Where her father's name was written, so yes you DID know there was a booking for a large group! Not to mention it was confirmed the day prior when he called to confirm it! Then again when her father called you before they had arrived to let you know of the situation that was happening and to fix it! Then you came out as my party was leaving, because of how disgusted we were, to try and explain yourself! I have absolutely no idea what happened after we left but that does not excuse your business for how you prioritize sales over patrons and their experience. This was OUR experience of this establishment, and it deserves 1 star! And after reading some of the other reviews I...
Read moreCame here for dinner and got there early to avoid the rush. Was a hot day so the misters were lovely as we wanted to sit outside.
Staff we're friendly, wine was nice and the food was really tasty so we enjoyed our meal. Decent size too so we'll worth the money.
Atmosphere was confusing as inside it's a country pub with a Texas saloon vide (pretty cool) but outside has been set up like it's a millennial/gen z superclub which doesn't really give a family friendly vibe or make you want to linger after your meal unless you're hitting the bar hard for a big night.
Events here would definitly go off and the space is well set up for it. We could see the winary tours rolling in ready to party, but if you're looking for a laid-back country pub meal thats family friendly - not so much. Kitchen is also really small so i think it would struggle...
Read moreWe took the trek to Bundalong Tavern and were overall pleased that we did. The staff were lovely and even willing to accommodate dogs. The only downside is accessibility for wheel chair users and the lack of designated disabled parking and how cramped it got when more people were inside. Despite having ramps and disabled toilets the inside is so cluttered with tables it is difficult to manoeuvre for those in a wheelchair. Once the room started to fill up (wet, sunday lunch) you were touching chairs back to back with other patrons... making it impossible to sit at your own table comfortably, thankfully we had finished eating before the rush so we took it as our cue to leave but it would of been nice to enjoy the pub a bit longer especially when you've travelled an hour...
