It's grand final day, 10.30 and quite busy. The bakery across the road was packed, so I came here to try it. The staff looked flat out, and the dishes were piled up on the back counter. I could see one man making coffee, and a lady who was taking orders, but both were also taking orders out. I'm assuming there was someone in a kitchen making the cooked meals? It took a while before I ordered, despite only one group in front, because the two staff had to keep taking orders out. I ordered and paid at 10.45, according to my banking app, and got my coffee and cake by 11.15, so half an hour. I could see disgruntled customers, including the group before me, who were still waiting on drinks. The coffee was good, and the carrot cake was nice. My feeling is that there wasn't enough staff. It's also tricky that they were coming out and having to go around the customers to get past. If they'd had a dedicated waitress, they could have put the orders up on the counter right at the front, so they could be picked up from there, but hey, I'm no cafe owner..... what would I know. Not a terrible experience, but not one to rave about

Came by for lunch after walking around hunting Heesco’s murals. Burgers and calamari were pretty juicy and tasty. We added a side salad and a small chips. Would say it’s little pricey at $17/burger. Add on of Garden Salad was $9 and chips $5. GF version of the burger was little extra but reasonable. Staff was very honest mentioning coffee was a little off and they made you your coffee if you want one. If you are not happy, you don’t have to pay. We ordered a latte and an iced version. We reckon is more of the coffee beans used. A more than usual sour aftertaste but drinkable coffee. Nice ambience and all cusomters were nice. One of the more popular cafes around and thus we give it a try.

Some months ago, my fiance and I stopped in Yarram for a coffee, luckily for us, it was Cafe Aga that we stopped at. That day we had a wonderful coffee and their salted honey and chamomile cake. We enjoyed it so much that we reached out to them to see if we could have one for our wedding cake! It was as delicious at our wedding as it was that first time we tried. And the piping was amazing!!! Thank you so much, our wedding day was wonderful and all our guests loved the cake.

At first when we walked in I thought it would be nice boy was I wrong… went here with one of my friends got the southern fried burger. Very limited menu and highly over priced. My friend got a coffee which was bland. Burgers took about 40 minutes to come out. Chicken was dry on the pouter area but practically raw in the middle. Burger was packed with coleslaw which was the only plus side. Chips were dry. I decide to go to the bathrooms to get to them you had to go out the back wall through long grass and then you could see this literal shack that was falling apart. One of the bathroom doors didn’t have a lock and the other one just locked and there was a huntsmen in the bathroom the sink was outside the bathroom and was really hard to turn on. Do not recommend unless you want a soggy and raw burger and bland tasting coffee. Then...

We came in for a coffee and brunch, we sat down at our table, were not offered water or acknowledged. We then had to go up and order as we waited 20+ minutes, 2 other tables were served and looked after while we sat and waited even though it was not busy at all…

We then asked for Black Garlic egg sliders, which now on several occasions have been told ā€œno we don’t have thatā€ if it’s not available, take it off the freaking menu.

The service and attitude is disgraceful at Aga and after trying on different occasions hoping for a better outcome, it’s deeply upsetting that this is the only cafe open on a Sunday for breakfast in Yarram.

We will not be coming back, and hopefully the owners can improve the customer experience for...
