We purchased two toasted sandwiches that were covered in a mass of black burnt stuff so we took them back and told the blonde haired lady that there is burnt stuff all over them, watching her as she screwed her face up saying that it was not rust as she changed the toasting trays revealing the old tray covered in old burnt food that covered over half the tray. One of the best coffee's in Melbourne. I'm a truck driver and stop when ever I'm going past.. Now the staff are normally very friendly. But tonight I walk up to the counter and get greeted with a very hostile "what do you want" because this threw me of a little I kinda studdered back. Worst toastie EVER. Today,I ordered a flat white and a ham and cheese toastie on way home from Melb,the sandwich was BRUTAL.literally the worst sandwich I've ever had,it must have been toasted yesterday afternoon because it was basically a biscuit. Really,a Salada when you've got the dry horrors has more moisture content. The ham was a leathery scab, like old beef jerky and the cheese had somehow evaporated into the biscuity shell.

You need to toast the display model ones,not nuke the incorrect orders from yesterday.
