KFC Wallan 2 (Northbound) — Restaurant in Victoria

Disgusting services from staff, got given the wrong item as I was passing through, got the completely wrong item only thing they got right was that it was chicken but it's KFC it's all chicken. I then called up the store to organise a refund and got met with the rudest staff who multiple times accused me of lying about the items, trying to con them into a free refund, they even went as far as to constantly speak over me saying they don't even sell the item they gave me so they knows I'm lying when it's on their menu multiple times. In multiple occasions I tried to explain this and was just spoken over and the manager is even worse. They illegally denied me a refund saying they don't have to because the item they have me is the same price and basically the same (I ordered a wrap with lettuce chips on the wrap and got coleslaw instead which I'm allergic to) they then said they can only give me store credit if I drive back 2 hours to get it (they are a highway store so not accessible unless diving long-distance) this is an very illegal and when explained this the manager then explained back that because she doesn't know how to do her job properly and simply doesn't know how to give a refund and therefore it's not an option because if she doesn't know then it direct exist (can't give correct food, doesn't know what's on the menu, call customers liars, doesn't know how to process a refund at all ) I then explained that the KFC on the other side of the highway had processed refunds like this before and I kept trying to provide them with not only proof of that but that the item I got was wrong but instead they kept talking over me and accusing me of lying to them. They even had to gall to say I was talking over then when they interrupted me and I didn't stop what I was saying. They have now hung up multiple times and refuse to take any calls. I just don't understand why you would treat someone so horribly...

Worste customer service experience ever!!! On 28th of October 3:45 I ordered hot and spicy it was not spicy one bit (multiple people tried and said it wasn’t spicy at all) it also had no spice colouring on it. I simply just wanted a replacement instead a young women 18-20 with black hair in a plat and dark eye makeup told me it was and that I was wrong and what did I want her to do about it in a rude tone. She then called out the back load so the whole kfc could hear” could someone come out and deal with customer she wants to complain when it is hot and spicy. The manager came over and she rudely again said it was clearly hot and spicy and I don’t know what I’m talking about. I watched over 10-15 customer be served she did not once smile or say have a good day she instead was slamming food on the counter and walking off. Many orders were wrong and she just argued...

Worst kfc I have been to in a minute. I am no Karen but the service was horrible the female that had the orange hair and is on the bigger side was so rude for no reason I told her my chips were not salted and the container was half empty she then decided to put more chips in the container and only salt the top with half the salt packet which now meant I was no longer able to eat the chips as they were so salted to the point anyone would of got high cholesterol! so much for stirring the chips after salted them the gravy at this hour was also extremely watery and she threw my food across the counter the food was horrible but some how the customer service was even worst then the food yet I still feel like a worker with just decent customer service skills/support would of saved me from writing this and you from...
