Domino's Pizza Morwell — Restaurant in Victoria

Absolutely disgusted at the service! I called to order home delivery, i have over 6 menus infront of me. Every menu has written CLEARLY on the bottom it is a $22 min order for delivery. It does not state anything about an extra delivery cost. Ive had dominis delivered numerous times &never had a so called delivery fee on top of spending the min $22. The level of customer service is very low. I had a guy scream doen the ph at me yelling i had to pay an EXTRA $8 delivery fee on top of spending $28. I asked why this $8 fee's not written anywhere &why ive never been asked to pay it only for him to yell very unprofessionaly at me 'whose going to pay the driver then?' Umm its your business u pay or u advertise these hidden costs. I then spoke to the manager who went on to yell at me saying it depends on how many pizzas u buy if they decide to charge u the extra $8 on top of having 2spend a min of $22. in other words u decide over the ph when u want to scam or rip someone off. for a huge franchise your still trying to rip ppl off. Sounds very dodgy to me. I will be following this thru with consumer affairs as i dont believe this is dominos charging delivery fee. (Esp wen this isnt written anywhere at all& the owner tells me he needs it to pay drivers &decides over the ph if there charging u the extra 8 or not. Asked him how he decides he replies dep on how many pizzas u buy!) Ok... I believe your ripping ppl off & lining your own pockets. Btw you have extremely bad reviews esp with customer service. What a Suprise. U will be hearing from consumer affairs &also i will be contacting dominos h/q to ask about this excessively large delivery fee.U need kicking out of this franchise along with your unprofessional brother or friend who youve employed. Extremely disappointing! I was moving house and decided to grab a pizza as I didn’t have an oven or microwave yet to cook anything. I got a Large Hawaiian and tried to eat some on the way home (As I hadn’t eaten all day), but it hadn’t been cut and I was unable to pull off a piece as I was driving. When I got home and opened the box, the pizza was under cooked to the extent that all of the tomato paste was raw and even some of the dough. There was no way for me to cook it at my end, so I rang up the store to make a complaint which they offered to replace it immediately. However I was on my way back to my old residence 3 1/2 hours away and asked if I could get a credit for it when I moved to Morwell permanently. After a lot of mucking around and a week has passed……. nothing, no follow-up, no help from their end whatsoever. 😟 Funny thing is, I had a house warming party and ordered 24 pizzas from Mr. Pizza; which was fantastic pizza, highly recommend! Awesome food and great service. One of the best Domino's store in Australia. Consistently gets 5 star ratings in their food safety and operations efficiency audits. Hardworking team and customer centred staff. Delivery times are amazing day or night as they have an amazing team of delivery drivers. Pizza makers delivering consistent pizzas everytime. If you have been disappointed with food and service at other stores, this Domino's store is sure to leave a smile on your face with a positive experience. You won't expect such a good Domino's store in Regional Victoria because it has set benchmarks in its industry that has gained them recognition at National level...
