Domino's Pizza Strathdale — Restaurant in Victoria

We stopped to get a couple of $7 large pizzas for their birthday celebration. We were served by Tim, who couldn't have been any nicer and understanding of my son's fussy eating habits. My pizzas were ready in under 10 minutes and when I walked back in to pick up my order, Tim although slammed by the oncoming peak hour, remembered me and my order and brought it straight over. Slow delivery I waited 50 minutes in total for my delivery. 20 minutes over the estimated time I was given when I made my order. I had to call the store to see how long my order was going to take. Delivery made 15 minutes after I called the store. I shouldn't have to call the store to chase up an order. Very disappointed!!

A Doordash order was placed over an hour before they closed, they proceeded to ignore the order until they closed, leaving us to cancel the order ourselves, not offering any assistance of sympathies when the whole process is on their end, meaning it was their own negligence that caused the trouble.

If anyone in management even vaguely respects their customers, I expect a reply if not also some kind of action done to explain and make up for this.
