1st time visiting and already confident on a few returns... great little outdoor dining area.. the sun shine was just perfect, added with some knitted knee throws... and patio heaters to ensure that still lingering chill in the wind didn't ruin the experience. Greeted inside by staff and offered indoor/outdoor when we mentioned eating in and brought menu's and water promptly. Days specials were explained and then left to browse our options. Variety of burgers to choose from is great, all ingredients are listed and didn't find it overloaded with too many options. I chose the nude burger 😀 grilled chicken, tomato, cheese, special sauce wrapped in lettuce... NO BUN!!! this was just perfect and the bf ordered a double cheese burger; that also looked great... we shared a large chips and the relish..... yum! My meal sizing was perfect, and accompanied by a mixed juice has absolutely left me a very happy dinner... I don't often do reviews, but this little local gem..... worth a visit for sure! We will be back! Well done El...

I have never seen a place so unorganised and unprofessional. We ordered a takeaway meal for pickup at a certain time. When we arrived they said it would be an extra 15 minutes. I waited these fifteen minutes in the car and went back in. I then waited another 10 minutes before I got my order. I checked the order outside, it was wrong. I went in and had to wait another 10/15 minutes - all of this just for my order to be wrong again. Unfortunately, this was not the worst part. I would recommend if you are going to have an open kitchen that you hire staff that that are somewhat professional and do not argue/bicker in front of all the waiting customers. It’s not a good look to have staff burning themselves, touching all the food without gloves, and smelling the chicken under all their noses to try to judge whether it is the ‘spicy’ chicken or the plain. By the time all of this was over, the chips were cold and the burgers were soggy. Definitely...

I’ve had mixed experiences here. A couple of years ago five of us went for lunch, and the only seating was outside. Two of the party have breast cancer (I still had the drains in from my double mastectomy a week beforehand). It was December, and the sun was warm. None of us can afford to get sunburned, so we repositioned an umbrella to keep the sun off us. A staff member told us off, and made us feel so uncomfortable we left. We received a gift voucher for Christmas a year or so after that, so ordered burgers online and when we went to collect them the prices instore were higher than the advertised prices online. The burgers were pricey, but delicious. We recently received another gift voucher, and took that in to part pay for our order tonight, intending to pay the rest in cash. Nope, cash not accepted 🤷‍♀️😡...
