My wife and I were blown away by this place. It appears to be a simple little cafe with a small menu of basic items: salad rolls, jaffles, omelettes, pies, muffins, cakes, etc. We initially weren't very impressed, but we decided to order anyway because the food was a good price. I'm so glad we did. My salad roll was the best I've ever eaten, with a surprising citrus note that worked really well. My wife ate a delicious bacon and egg jaffle. Both were flavoured with native australian plants.
When we went back for some dessert one of them kindly pointed out a tray of muffins that she had just removed from the oven. It arrived beautifully plated with vanilla cream and fresh berries.
The owners are very knowledgeable and (justifiably) proud of their use of native australian ingredients, which can also be purchased from the store as sauces, syrups, teas, jams, etc.
