This place has the best hamburgers I have ever had in many years. Juicy meat patty, not too much lettuce, tomato etc. You do have to ask for beetroot. Not at all fatty. Yummy yummy 😋. We just couldn't decide on anything else after the first one. Lunch was had there 4 days in a row. Passionfruit yoyos and lemon yoyos for dessert were delicious. Made on the premises. The chocolate balls weren't bad either. Hot wraps available too. Friendly happy staff. Your order taken by one staff member and made by same person not handed over to someone else. Quick snacks already hot in baie marie. Checked regularly for freshness and replaced. A place we will visit every time we go down there. Eat in or take away. Old fashioned lollies in tubs to choose from. Great idea for children. Some grocery items in another area of store for the traveller that may have forgotten something. Family friendly. A wonderful store for food and the forgotten grocery item. Can't recommend...

Had a great experience here today so worth sharing. Just before closing most people are run down or tired ready to finish out the day. This place had a ridiculously friendly chirpy upbeat young girl and an older (than the young girl not old in general trying to avoid calling you out on age here miss 😂) lady. There was also a quiet adult guy as well. All super friendly, smiley, easy to deal with. Chips were hot and crispy, potato cakes cooked well and the four dimmies were a great for my daughter who'd (quite weirdly) never had them before so thank you for those. Great place. Menu looks expanded since I was in there years and years ago. Apparently place opens at 4am on weekendays too which is nutty.

I have been here many times and had good experiences, but the last two times I have had some issues- our hot food order had missing items but when queried we were told that we had been given everything we asked for. I let them know that they had charged us for food we ordered but hadn't received. It took at least 15 minutes back and forth to realise the cashier had put through our order correct on the machine, but did not write down everything for the cooks to make, hence the missing food. It would be good to offer receipts which would make it easier to fix mistakes in orders. I went back today for hot chips but way too much salt was added and made it barely edible for my family.
