A beautiful town with friendly locals and Swany and his wife are delightful. There is nothing in this bakery you wonāt love. My husband raved about the Mexican and was super impressed. The star for sure is the Vanilla Slices, rated the best outside of Melbourne and would be worth the drive just for them! What an odd place, turned up 10am on a Sunday and they really had nothing. Reason being, they were waiting for the delivery. I asked from where, she replied made by another bakery.
So their award winning Vanilla Slice is made by another bakery and delivered.
Seriously waste of a 40km detour. I will avoid this...
