Hungry Jack's Burgers Stawell — Restaurant in Victoria

I went through the Stawell Hungry Jacks Drive Thru at about 2:30 today. I am pregnant and was craving Angry Onions. After being told they aren't allowed to sell them outside of burgers, I ordered a BBQ cheeseburger meal with angry onions added to it. When I received the burger, it had the normal onion rings instead of angry ones, which I don't like. I tried to eat it anyway as I wasn't able to return, and it turns out that the onion rings were so old and dried out, that I couldn't even bite through the onion. I am absolutely appalled. I don't usually go to the store as they send every customer to the carpark to make it seem they have good drive thru speeds, then keep people waiting in the carpark for long periods of time. This time I received the food straight away, but it was inedible. The chips had enough salt on them to cause a heart attack. I generally don't complain, but this is just too much. Realistic review after reading all the 1 stars: When busy, this place does tend to get slow and a little disorganised. I think the self-serve touch screens allow orders to stack up when staff are busy. Food quality has always been fine for me. Staff have always been pleasant, no complaints there. I have, however, had long waits and once left without my food after waiting 45 mins because I had to go. Facilities can be a little grubby but it's not as bad as people say, it's pretty mid-tier. I have been here dozens of times. Funny side note: literally as I'm writing this review in my car I have watched a man get out of his car in the waiting bay and go tap on the window to ask what is going on! Do not go here. Worst experience at a HJ ever. Was hoping for a quick stop over but waited soo long for our food. Missing part our order. Troppo burger fell apart before I opened it. Was so soggy, it went through the paper wrapper and a few layers of serviettes with no lettuce. Told the worker and he pointed out a few token squares mixed with sauce and said there’s lettuce in the burger and gave it back to me. Chips were overly salty. Had no choice to eat it but felt sick afterwards. Really regretted not going to the Maccas a few meters down the Road and they also had a petrol station opposite it too.
