KFC Moe — Restaurant in Victoria

Wow, I’m not quite sure exactly where to start.

I entered the store and was instantly hit by the smell of delicious, fresh chicken. The dining area was clean and the staff were extremely welcoming, as they assisted me in ordering my meal from the diverse yet well laid out menu.

I decided on a zinger bacon and cheese box, and in the blink of an eye, the ravishing man with an orange beard handed me a box full of delectable food, such as the fresh burger, perfectly salted chips, mouth watering hot and crispy as well as the cup of illustrious potato and gravy.

I could not possibly ask for a better experience from a fast food store, KFC Moe does not disappoint, and I do not expect that my experience at another association will ever meet the heights that was set there. I personally recommend KFC Moe to all, as the staff are welcoming, the setting is glorious and the food...

Ordered an ordinary box and a tower stacker and immediately felt it tasted funny. After a smell test, it was obvious the chicken was off. I went up to the counter, and the girl refused to smell it because I'd taken a bite. Saying it's off expecting her to smell it to which I responded, it's off selling it to me to eat. I asked to see the manager who was barely out of her teens who smelt it and said it was fine, to which I responded I'm the one with the taste in my mouth, and that's off. I asked for a full refund when she was trying to only refund the one burger. I threw the lot out and warned her I better not get sick from this. She had the audacity to in 10 seconds say I just went and checked and it's all OK to which I said checking and tasting are 2 different things.

I often go to this store and fine the food of a good quality and friendly service. The cleanliness suffers a little but they are normally busy so not too bad. Today however I was a little disappointed in the actions of one particular young fellow ordering around the lovely young girl at the counter who was doing a cracking job serving and packing orders whilst he hid around the corner asking her to do more. Customers were asking the young fellow to come and serve were met with more directions to the young lady and more cowering further around the corner. Visit was at 11am ish and not somewhere I would like my adolescents to work. Great job to the young lady not telling him where to stick it and all done with a cheery manner well done love.
