As a long time customer, it’s disappointing that I feel the need to leave a review. Delivery time took 1.45 hrs, initially told 40mins max. Food was cold on arrival and missing items. Having had a good out of town relationship previously I must say the additional cost for delivery including asking for anchovies, on a Marinara that never made ,it displeased. Tonight I had one of the worst experiences from lainos, so we placed our order for delivery and it came pretty fast I honestly couldn’t complain about that. When I opened my pasta a horrible smell cam from it. and when I went to try it, it honestly tasted just as bad maybe even worse.
