Mallacoota Bakery — Restaurant in Victoria

Great spot for a quick cup of coffee but disappointed in lack of choices for food, considering it was 11.30 on a Thursday,2/10/25.. the pie warmer wasn't full, and very few cakes to choose from and they had the equipment for sandwich making but it was also empty, not sure why but considering it was close to lunch time I would have thought there would be more to choose from... Coffee was great and so was our cream lamington but bit expensive at $7 tho....great outdoor area where you can sit and look over the other park and out to the water... Staff weren't overly friendly unless they knew you.... Disappointing when it's the tourists'dollars that keep you going like...

Atrocious customer service. When my husband saw the carton of milk that was being used to make our coffees and politely said "I hate to be a pain but that milk expired 2 days ago" the horrible middle aged woman teaching a young guy to make coffees turned to us and said "milk doesnt go off". She then continued to become more heightened, taunting "you clearly never go camping" and "all cafes use expired milk". I would have thought it a small request to have in date milk in my $5 coffee.. Safe to say we will...

Visited over Easter & ordered coffee. the wait time got to the 45 min mark when I was told it was going to be another 30 mins. I then went outside and came back at the 20 min mark, was told It was still another 5-10 min wait.. again came back around this time and was then advised the gave my coffee away as I took to long.. poor...
