Do not go here! Have issues every time we order from here, weather it be burnt pizza, delivery time delayed severely or food we didn’t order being delivered because they were out of stock and didn’t tell us. We hadn’t ordered in a few months and decided to try again tonight. Ordered a vegetarian pizza (for a vegetarian) that arrived with meat underneath the pizza in the box and potato bites that look like they had brown snot in them. As the store doesn’t have a direct line, we had to call their general number and eventually be put through to the store only for a team member to answer and say absolutely nothing until I said hello twice and then he didn’t even introduce himself or the store and had to be ask twice if this was the Bell Post Hill Pizza Hut. I explained what happened to the man only for him to turn around and say “oh so the pizza was bad?”. Read moreI am shocked and extremely disappointed at the quality of the meal we just received. We ordered 3 pizzas - a mediterranean without mushrooms which arrived without olives, a BBQ cheeseburger pizza which looked like the sauce bottle had exploded on one side and a creamy chicken and bacon that was inedible. The potato gems were cold and uncooked in the middle.
We called the store to rectify the issues but were told they are 'not allowed to touch the potato gems which are cooked from frozen so we don't know if they are cooked or not',upon speaking to his manager the man explained that they could do nothing as the order has now left the store and that we had to complain online.

My chicken wings were opened when handed too me by the rude delivery driver who said it’s not his problem the order is wrong and I have to deal with it because he doesn’t make the food. So finally get the customer service centre and surprise surprise they could not contact the store. I sent the order back with the rude driver who was smoking in his car with the food. I contacted customer service again after not hearing anything for 30 min and requested a refund and got told I need to file a complaint (CUS5289) and that the store owner will contact me in 20 minutes.
