Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Victoria

I am writing to share my recent experience regarding an order I placed, which included a Peri Peri Paneer Pizza and a Veggie Sensation.

Upon tasting the Peri Peri Paneer Pizza, I noticed the sauce had a flavour very similar to mango habanero sauce, which led me to believe there may have been a mix-up. I called the store to clarify, and a staff member named Naav answered the call. She confidently assured me that the correct sauce was used.

Still unsure, I decided to visit the store in person to compare the sauces. I appreciated the team showing me both sauces for tasting, and after trying them, I agreed they were indeed quite similar in flavour.

However, during the visit, I felt that the way Naav addressed the situation was highly unprofessional. Although she was correct about the sauce, her tone and approach were unnecessarily aggressive. She repeatedly emphasized that she was “100% right” and became quite confrontational, to the point that I felt uncomfortable and unsure how to respond. Moreover she said i was talking rude on the phone. which i didn't said her anything which seems to rude.

I believe that customer concerns should be handled with patience and professionalism, regardless of the outcome. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I have to think again to order form this store. I told the other staff member to throw this pizza, as she completely ruined the mood.

I gave order 2 vegitarian pizza but one i got veggi and one i got chiken after going hone i chek it and come back and then i explained one of the staff member his name is rupesh he talk to us very rudly i requested to owner please gave him lesson how to give a good customer services it not think about like one pizza we all are human so everyone doing the mistake but he need to accept it and im leving in armstrong creek and i came from there i west my time 2 hours. Out of the whole of Geelong, this is the only pizza store that has the most crispiest and golden crust. It’s absolutely delicious, not too dry and not too soggy. The Team, there are always so happy, friendly and appreciative that you’ve given them your business. It’s difficult being a small business owner and they really have to work hard to make a profit because they have to give so much of what they make to the head office.
