KFC Newcomb — Restaurant in Barwon South West

I arrived at this kfc establishment expecting nothing but the best, fortunately I was greeted with a positive attitude by the man on head set. Upon arriving at the cash window, I was once again greeted by enthusiastic staff, the lady forgot my drink but was helpful in resolving this problem. Finally I arrived at the hand-out window! The man was unfortunately handed the wrong order only upon arriving in my hands did I notice the misplaced off weight in the box, for context I order a zinger twister box but I was handed a 6 piece OG box instead (sad face). After receiving my correct box I got to take my first bit into the hot fresh chip and popcorn chicken. To improve the popcorn chicken the tongs used broke the outer crunchy coating of the chicken resulting in a mushy consistency although good not great. utter Garbage KFC... worst I've been to.. even worse than Colac and thats saying something... finished work late on this Sunday so I thought I'll just grab a Fillet Burger combo to be quick on the way home.. well... after 25 minutes I was ready to blow my lid... I should have just went home and made something to eat as it would have been twice as quick!!! I watched my Burger sitting on a shelf for at least 10 minutes... and when the finally decided to put the damn thing in a bag and give it to me I questioned them on how cold it would be now.. so the girl took it around the back saying she'll get me a fresh one.. then straight away the guy about the back gave her the same burger back... so my tea was a cold stale burger and lukewarm chips.. disgusting service.. no managers around to keep things in like... just kids running around like chickens with their heads cut off.. Haven't had KFC for a while. The food was average. Years ago it used to be really nice. Now it is a lot smaller, eg burgers, you can't get an original burger anymore, it has to be a crunch one. The atmosphere was spoilt by the fact there was 3 little brats running muck in the store, yelling throwing food, giving another diners kids a hard time. The staff didn't do anything about them, probably can't. When we walked in there was chips all over the floor where you stand to order. One of the staff did some cleaning of tables and saw the chips there on the floor but left them there. Also when we were ordering we had to repeat our order to the person several times because they weren't listening. Not a great...
