Unbelievably Slow Service – Not Worth the Wait

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but my experience at this Red Rooster location was frustrating enough to warrant one. I came in expecting a quick and easy meal, but what I got was a masterclass in how not to run a fast food restaurant.

From the moment I placed my order, it felt like time stood still. I waited over 30 minutes for a basic meal—just a quarter chicken and chips. There were barely any customers inside, so I can’t even chalk it up to being busy. The staff didn’t seem to be in any particular rush, and there was zero communication. No “sorry for the delay,” no updates, nothing. Just silence and confusion behind the counter.

Other customers were also visibly annoyed, some even walking out after waiting too long. It’s not just about the time—it’s the lack of care or urgency. If you’re going to call yourself a fast food restaurant, then at the very least, deliver food faster than a sit-down...

I’ve just been to the store today to pick an Uber order for my customer and I’ve asked them how long would the order take to get ready as I’m supposed to do that to the app know that I’m waiting here . They got offended and behaved very rude towards to me with no minimum manners of getting back to me and made me wait while they’re making other orders for the customers who arrived after me . So much Racisam and Hatred I dunno why ? I’ve all the right to ask how long would it take as waiting is my decision depending upon the time. Worst experience ever never comming here again for any order and will also let the drivers community know...

One of the workers was vaping in front of customers absolutely disgusting since they are the ones handling our food. One of the female staff were so rude when we told her we were missing tenders on our rolls and we had no chips in our bag. When she asked to check our bag she was like "are they in the other bag" when we only received one bag, she was making us feel like liars when they can't do there job properly. They had staff come out to our car 3 times because they couldn't get it right the first time. And when they were giving us our chips they didn't put them in a bag they just gave all of them individually to us...
