Subway — Restaurant in Victoria

If I could give less than one star I would. Mainly because the staff there are useless. I’ve complained many times about them not completing the orders I’ve done through the app and they’ve just done it again to my son. I don’t even know why there is an app, every time I have found they haven’t started the order when I use the app, they claim they didn’t get the order, but then go “oh yes we just didn’t see it”. Today they decided that as the printer didn’t work they just wouldn’t bother doing the order, however they marked it as done. Then he had to wait behind 6 people. They are absolutely clueless! I saw a trainee being taught the day before and was shocked to see the next day she was in charge. Now to top it off, they are out of seafood and had to be told the BMT with bacon actually needs bacon, go figure. Get your act...

Got myself a Chicken Parma and a Chicken and Bacon Ranch the other day. I was disappointed with the quality because they didnt heat the meat up in the microwave, just double toasted instead. This left our meat cold and the bread over toasted..

Im ok with eating the chicken breast cold (obviously not as tasty) but the Bacon didn't seem cooked properly and ruined the second sub completely. Usually I'm a big fan of this subway so I'll give it 3 stars because this is a one off but please make sure the staff correctly heat the meat up, just because it's busy doesn't mean they should be shortcutting...

I’m absolutely disgusted at this Subway called in today Tuesday for lunch .Staff were so rude they were not interested in what I wanted I had to tell them twice.They were so nice to the tradies that came in for lunch.Twice they heated tradies rolls before mine.I told them mine was next and they put a 12 inch one in to be toasted before mine again.
