To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Travelled from Swan Hill as we often do just for waffles. Haven’t been since it’s changed hands until now. Quality has gone down hill and the price has increased. If you’re going to up the prices then quality should continue to be consistent and high. I ordered waffles with extras. It came out without the extras, the chocolate sauce is disgusting and the service and wait low. We orders kids waffles which used to be $6.50 this time to pay $14 each! This actually was half a waffle each and cost more than a whole waffle. If this is the way then why not advise us that it’s in fact cheaper to buy a full waffle for the kids and split it. One kids waffle had chocolate sauce on the side while the other had none. My friend ordered a maple waffle and had very little syrup on the waffle. Where’s maple? Very underwhelmed and disappointed that you haven’t kept the standard of Jens on George. Hoping that if we return next time that you can take on board the feed back and make some improvements.

Food and drinks are delicious. We ordered the bacon egg cheese focaccia, a spinach ham feta focaccia, cinnamon sugar waffles, an iced latte, and a milkshake; all was delicious and fairly priced. Only issue that no one else seems to mention in reviews is this place is SLOW. 43 minute wait for our drinks, and an hour wait for our food. For just two of us. Saw a table of 12 seat after us and would hate to think how long they’d have to wait for food. - we’ve been here multiple times and it’s been the same experience each time. Other than the extremely long and frustrating wait time this place is a good place to eat. Delicious food, perfect sizes, the aesthetic of the place is also fantastic. In photo; bacon egg cheese focaccia, cinnamon sugar waffles, and milkshake.

Finally got to try this place and it didn't disappoint. This place have more than just waffles! They have toasties, pies, foccacias, bruschetta, milkshakes, and smoothies. The bread on our bruschetta was soft and the balsamic vinegar dressing was really nice. The waffles were delicious without it being too sweet. The place was busy but the service was good and quick. Love the vibe and the decor. I also really like the shop behind it, lovely selection of home decor with a good price. Definitely would recommend to visit this place if you're in Cohuna!

I visited waffles 3 times over the past week and was left disappointed every time. Saturday we ordered some drinks for takeaway and ended up waiting 20 minutes. Although the coffee was made but the owner and tasted fantastic. Visited again on Monday and the same thing happened waited 20 minutes for a takeaway coffee although this time the coffee was burnt therefore leaving me unable to drink it. We visited again on Wednesday as my partner wanted to try it out and was disappointed yet again. We were sat down at a table without water or cutlery (everyone else seated in the time we were there revived both things) our food finally arrived which was great but we ended up waiting another 10 minutes after our meals had arrived. Again the coffee was burnt and undrinkable. I let the woman know at the front counter what had happened. And all she had to do was no worries thanks. Didn’t even offer to remake the coffee. For this we won’t be returning which is quite disappointing as it used to be a...

We were not sure what to expect; had heard about this place from a relative. I think we were at a new venue where it is the cafe only, no homewares. Pricing - excellent value for money. Food - excellent quality, fresh, portion size good (we had the waffles). Coffee - was fine. Service - friendly, efficient, and they take cash as well as card. Ambience - a bit new and feels like it hasn't really found its soul, yet. It a large space. There are artificial plants all over the place, terrazzo floor, black metal seating, black cafe tables and there is a kids' play area. Quite noisy throughout. Lots of kids the day we went, high on sugar and running around like chooks with their heads cut off. Given that the cafe is set up to be family friendly, it is probably good that it has fake plants and easy-to-clean floors, tables and chairs. Less stress for everyone.

We'd...
