Absolutely love the fresh new look of the cafe. A great selection of menu options from homemade slices, sweet or savoury scones, toasties, pies, cakes, tarts, grazing bowls & more. Upstairs has a relaxing atmosphere with armchairs & coffee tables. Great to sit back, relax, enjoy a coffee & some cake. 🥰

Coffee was delicious and we had a florentine as well also delicious. Lots of great information here about the area. Kaniva is a hub for the silo trail some beautiful parks and a bird lovers paradise with lots of Australian birds able to be spotted in the various parks.

This is the best coffee spot in town, with super friendly service and quaint artwork surrounding the cafe. We enjoyed a cuppa on our way through and appreciated the nice seating area outside. It has a great little atmosphere.

Update for 8 sept 2025. First time i have stopped in since the cafe was updated. Really lovely place to stop for lunch between melbourne and adelaide. The savoury scones were delicious and the coffee is so good. Make it your halfway break place like I do. I always stop here for lunch on my way to and from Adelaide. The food is simple cafe fare and nice and fresh. There is a lovely outdoor area to sit and eat. ...

Based on reviews, we stopped in on for lunch on our way home from SA. Lovely, friendly staff, who were happy to accommodate dietary needs by making up a cheese & tomato Turkish bread toastie.
