Empress King Garden Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Warracknabeal

Very disappointed once again, this was the last trip although it has a ramp for wheel chair access this is the extent of catering for disable people, As this place has not and will not have printed menues for disable people, My partner is in wheelchair and to her discusst and appointment there is only one menue to order from ( which is above eye level for a wheelchair and taped to the top counter which cannot be seen from a wheelchair) the waitress just laughed when my partner couldn't see the menu from her wheelchair, they will not even provide menues and prices for the phone orders. How rude and unprofessional,!!!! How dare they have no consideration for disabled people. THIS WILL BE REPORTED to appropriate authorities...... there are disability discrimination laws.. AND HOW CAN MENUES NOT BE AVAILABLE for take away orders. It is false advertising IT IS NOT A RESTAURANT WITH BYO IT IS ONLY has TAKE AWAY and will not let you...

The food was not what I ordered, in actual fact I do not believe that it was edible after attempting to enjoy our $48 meal. I had intended to eat king prawns with garlic and seasonal veggies to our disappointment the veggies were only carrots with a sprinkling of celery in a watered down sweet and sour soup! The prawns were swimming in the same style garlic soup! It tasted well......... very wrong!!! Also chopsticks are not used at all in this CHINESE RESTAURANT....

Visitor to town, was looking for a restaurant to sit dow and eat. While the tables all had cloths, I was told his restaurant has not provided sit down table service for 5 years (since Covid). Ordered takeaway, Chicken with Chinese Mushrooms. Receive lots of carrot, celery, a little onion, a few bamboo slithers and four half tiny mushrooms. Somewhat disappointing. Next time in town I will...
