Wonderful to return to Warracknabeal and see the evolution of this coffee business. I remember when it started as a pop up caravan near the Lions Park, now it’s a flourishing cafe in pole position on Scott Street. Congratulations. I called in yesterday with my husband (we are from Adelaide) & was greeted by big smiles and a warm welcome, we sat inside which was toasty warm on a very cold Victorian morning & the coffee was absolutely superb! Read moreWe were happy to find this place as it was all that was open on a Sunday morning! While not cheap, the food was delicious (steak sandwich + a bacon & egg roll) and coffee was decent (the cappuccino was a lot tastier than the espresso).
Was a little disappointed to be told the cheese on my roll couldn't be put on the steak sanga instead -- I was then charged extra for cheese on the sandwich even though I didn't ask for it.
Overall though, the staff were mostly friendly and the place was clean with plenty of self serve water and a nice vibe. Definitely worth a visit if...
