Subway — Restaurant in Warrnambool

My 5 year old daughter wanted subway for lunch, and we lined up there. It was our turn, and the young girl asked if we knew what we wanted. My daughter was still deciding, so i said just to give us a sec. When i was showing my daughter the options, a bus load of students arrived. They all ran up to the counter, and Anton (im guessing the manager) decided it would be more benificial to serve a bus load of about 40 college students, and ignore the family that were there a few minutes prior to the students arriving. The young girl approached us again and asked if we had decided what we wanted, but Anton cut her off and quickly told her that the school students were to be served first. We realised that Anton was ignoring us, and had to go to line up at the back of the line once again. We had to wait for all there orders to be completed before we were served again. The young girl was apologetic to us when we eventually got to the register to pay, but obviously Anton saw the students as priority to get them in and out. Feel sorry for the young staff there if they have to deal with an arragont overpowering manager, let alone us who had to wait an extra 25 minutes to be...

One of your employees, I didn't see her name. but she is incredibly slow at everything she was doing, including her talking she was acting like she did not want to be there and came across very rude. It wasn't very busy in the store when I was in there but due to just how SLOW she was moving it banked everyone up. she had a bun and glasses. her bandanna was also not sitting properly. I think her name started with an E. It was very hard for me not to get very angry at her that is how slow she was moving....

Staff friendly .....i brought salad bowl with chicken.....wasnt happy with tghe amount of salad .....had to keep asking for more ..and still wasnt enough ..there were 2 peices of tomatoe ..and cucumber wasnt much spinach leaves about four keaves ... when buying a salad bowl would like it with plently if salad of w ast asked for .... please spare the salad when ask for a salad ...
