Visit Date: Saturday 15 March, ~9:20am

Parking (3P?) is available in front of 115 Groundhouse, otherwise parking is available in front of Woolworths Harvest Lakes.

All the table seatings were full on arrival; the wait time was ~5 minutes for an available table. A dog water bowl is available in the middle of the cafe. There is a ramp-like entrance of the cafe for wheel users. A great place for dogspotting and seeing cute doggos 🐶 Orders are placed and paid at the counter.

The menu has reasonable prices in comparison to most breakfast places. My partner and I ordered a Brekky Burger ($18.50 each), chai latte mug and hot chocolate mug ($5.50 each). There is a 0.5% surcharge on card payments 💳 The table serving system uses letters instead of numbers.

Our food arrived within a reasonable time, with our meals being served first before the drinks. (All food/drink photos are taken at the time of being served 📷)

The burger was nice and filling. The spinach was fresh, the egg was almost fully cooked and not as runny, the meat was cooked well and the bun was very soft 🍔 The cheesy hash chips were crispy and hot 🍟

The chai latte and hot chocolate tasted diluted, so the flavour of the drinks could not be tasted much.

The staff were friendly and gave me a free cardboard takeaway box for my burger leftovers when I requested one at the counter.

I would like to come back to try more of the...

I have visited a few times since its opening in May. Really great coffee (you have to try it to believe it!) and great food, lovely modern apparel. Fantastic dairy free and gluten free options (try the vegan caramel slice!) and friendly service. I came on a Sunday a few weeks back when it had suddenly gotten busy and the place was run off its feet. Josh the barista still looked after us so well and continued to make the high standard of coffees we have come to enjoy there. Thank you Josh!! It's rare to find a place with that extra level of care and community. I hope they become well appreciated and enjoyed for many years! Oh, decaf is fantastic too, and the almond milk so creamy as well as your regular milk. They really have taken so much care and pride in choosing the ingredients in what they produce. The owners are lovely, too. The lady recognised me from when I was pregnant and asked how baby was going etc. Thank you 115 groundhouse! We will...

I go to this place pretty often as it is my local coffee. Coffee is always good and I never wait more than 10min even if there are really busy. Recently I decide to try the food and my first thought was "why did I not try before" it was really lovely. The breaky burger was very good and tasty with a lovely bun a nice sauce and all very fresh. Another day I took the feta and spinach scramble eggs, perfectly cook to order, well seasoned, with a good amount of feta and spinash and some crispy oat and plenty of fresh herbs on top. The team is friendly and the palce got a really good vibe. Really happy having a place like that in my...

Great location with easy parking as it's located at the same vicinity with Woolworths. We usually come around 7.30am for breakfast (usually during school days) as they open early. So that is a plus, a good stop before sending kids to school. You ll have some early morning crowds here, their service however remain fast. You wont need to wait for long, especially if u r in hurry. They serve good classic Aussie breakfast with good portion too. Recommended.

A very pleasant suprise. Had the japanese pancakes, partner had the standard pancakes. Blown away, compliments to the chef, will be back. EDIT: Came back a week later, unfortunately not as good at all. We'll give it another shot but disappointing compared to our first experience. Ordered fish tacos (stale shells?) and pancakes (cheap ice cream used) Tables not wiped down, sticky.
