A u s t r a l i n d C h i n e s e R e s t a u r a n t I'm not very fond of Chinese food in general but have tried the different restaurants in and around Bunbury. This one is my favorite. Not only is the food AMAZING every time I've been, the service is great and it does my head in how fast the food is ready. Prices are very very reasonable and my family and I can enjoy and try different things on a budget. The portions are quite big. It seems that there are more people grabbing take-aways than dining in as the takeout section are always busy. Lots of people picking up their orders in Pj's. I'm normally a take-out girl myself but prefer to dine in at this place... The atmosfere is great. I'm able to bring in my own wine and we always have a great time. My favourite dish - Sweet and sour Pork. Would highly recommend.

Stopped here on the way south for lunch. Ordered 3 special lunches - one garlic prawn, one schezwan beef and a chilli lamb dish. Food tasted good - the Schezwan beef was a bit hard and sweet - but all other dishes and the accompanying fried rice was good. Also, we could bring in our own beer for a small charge. The 3 lunches was shared between 4 people - which also was okay with them. Not busy and very clean overall. Great find.

Wow! Absolutely fresh and delicious food. The staff were friendly, prompt and professional.. The restaurant was exceptionally clean.. which is not common these days Hands down the best spring rolls I have had in a very long time.. the prawn crackers were delicious and did not have a strong prawn flavour like other Chinese restaurants. We now have a new favourite Chinese restaurant! Old fashioned service and food at its best!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Before I get started, the only positive part of this experience was the lady who was serving, and the young guy who was serving too. We have been coming here for over 15 years now, and it’s so sad to say we will never be back. We came here to celebrate my 29th birthday dinner, before going out for more celebrations. We ordered, checked on our food 4 times, and it took an hour and 40 minutes for our food to finally arrive. During this time, they had filled 6 takeaway orders placed AFTER us. There was only 3 tables of people inside, all who were shocked about the wait time too. We had complained, only to be told “we are busy and there is nothing you can do but wait”. We mentioned other tables unhappy and were told to not speak on behalf of them, even though the other tables were actively questioning where their food was too. More takeaway orders kept getting pumped out. When the meals finally came (which were tasty, I will say that) it was time for us to leave for the next celebration, so we got it all in takeaway containers. We professionally complained only to be yelled at and told to “pay and leave”. We settled for 25% off for silence and no bad review - but that doesn’t sit well with me. We won’t be back nor will I be recommending this place to anyone else. I really hope that they reflect on this experience and find a way to improve. Again, thanks to the 2 wait staff that tried their hardest, but I have to lower the score for service because of management and the way they handled this....

What a shame your customer service was absolute rubbish because the food was actually quite nice. Ordered a $144 order for delivery tonight. Order arrived, we had ordered two honey chicken only to Receive two chicken and sweet n sour sauce. We rang the restaurant immediately, only to be greeted with the response of sorry we can’t send your sauce to you unless you come and get it. I hung up as I was angry. My partner rang again, he simply asked that they replace both meals and sauce. The lady said no they would only replace one meal and two sauces. She put the phone down to talk to the chef, my partner could hear her swearing about us ect. It took for my sister to drive into the restaurant to get the replacement we deserved. This is absolute atrocious customer service! All you had to do was own the mistake and replace the meal for the meal we ordered. We won’t be...
