Bohemian Brew — Restaurant in Western Australia

We attended Bohemian Brew for a breakfast that my sister organized for her birthday. She had made a booking for our group online. However, when we rocked up there was no table reserved for us. The staff did not offer to help solve this solution despite there being a large table reserved for later that morning which we could've taken. They sent us outside stating there would be a table around the corner for us to use which there wasn't. We were left standing outside awkwardly trying to discuss what to do. The experience did not make us feel very welcome. Whilst I understand that we are human and mistakes happen, I feel that as the booking error was on the staffs end that they should have taken care of finding a solution. A lovely couple overheard our conversation and offered for us to sit at the end of their table which we did but we should not have had too.

I found the food to be average. My plate was chipped and the food was very basic. Their toilet is also located within the kitchen which makes for a very awkward experience...

Tried out the Bohemian Brew again after patronising one the previous owners who named it the Fat Chef which was open both Saturday and Sunday but it changed owners who were completely closed on the weekend which was a very great disappointment so we went elsewhere for our meals and morning and afternoon snacks. We decided to give it another crack on Thursday for lunch consisting of Quiche salad and coffee for my partner and a toasted relish sandwich for my myself both well prepared and as always I test milkshakes whenever they're available and the chocolate shake I had was made the old fashioned way with the steel container which was chilled and filled to the top, 5 stars for that alone. I recently hosted a high tea birthday party. BB supplied a good deal of the food, including mini choc tarts, mini lemon tarts, spinach rolls, gluten-free mini orange cakes, and cheese/bacon quiche minis. Everything was beautifully packaged and presented. The food was delicious and the lemon tarts were snapped up before I had a chance to have one myself 😀.
