Very very disappointed. Got a viet ice coffee. Watched her make it with two scoops of condense milk and instant coffee. Ordered the Bahn mi and the chicken was off so went back to let them know didn’t ask for a refund and instantly reacted saying take your money and don’t come back you are the first to complain…. Very good service 😂! How about apologies and maybe offer to make a fresh one or something but I’ll take the refund and def won’t be coming back and leaving this for people to see so they don’t get sick of...

The sugar cane was delicious and I liked the addition of the lime inside made it enhance the flavour, BUT I would've liked more sugarcane with my ICE.. I usually say less ice when I get sugar cane but I had forgotten and well the drink was mostly ice which is a shame. The banh mi was the saltiest banh mi I have ever had. Banh Mi - absolute best in Perth. Every single time. Same for the chicken rice paper rolls. Terrific food, excellent quality every time.

Updated June 2025 - terrible service. The owner does not speak English. However, if she stuffs up your order, she will argue with you forever and blame you. The food is great but the arrogant, nasty attitude of the owner has turned us away. Just accept that you made a mistake and fix the order....
