Brew Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Western Australia

We've recently opened The Yorkshireman's Pie Bakery in Merriwa and wanted to offer great, consistent quality coffee to our customers. One bad coffee equals one customer lost, so it had to be right from day one!

Not really knowing where to start, we were recommended to Brew as the "go to guys" for all things coffee! When we first met Pete and James we were blown away with the professional, impressive and spotlessly clean set up they have in Wangara as well as their coffee knowledge. I don't think they'll mind me referring to them as the ultimate coffee nerds!

Seeing their roasting facilities, the array of machines they have and constant R+D they do on coffee blends, we knew Brew were the coffee partners for us! Doing plenty of tasting helped too!

They assisted us all the way through the process from selecting the right machine for our set up, advising what we needed to allow for during the fitting out of the bakery (space, drainage, water supplies etc), choosing the right bean for our customers, setting up the machine on site and how to order through the very easy "Ordermentum" app.

But the quality of service hasn't stopped there. All the orders we place are delivered to us the next day, the guys call in every few weeks to check everything is going ok and make sure the machine and grinder is set up properly. They even gave up their time to be with us on opening day to support our baristas!

So...if your looking to set up a new coffee shop and/or find the best beans, ongoing support and customer service.....the guys at Brew are the ones to go to. We wont be going anywhere else for any of our coffee needs!

This place is at the pinnacle of coffee experience within the Perth greater metropolis.

A triumvirate of both cafe, shop and roasting house, it's an Aladdin's cave glorifying the humble bean.

The staff here are super friendly and accommodating and will go out of their way to serve and suggest the ideal blend and grind for your mouth and tongue.

There is a wide variety of coffees on offer, from Brew's own award winning blends, and several unique single origin beans. The last one I tried, an Ethiopian, from near the birthplace of the beverage was a gustatory epiphany of delights.

There is also a wide selection of coffee equipment on offer here from the simplist of filter systems right up to the very best in Italian caffé macchine......

Each time I leave this hip and vibing premises, I ask myself why I have ever bought supermarket coffee when Brew is practically at my doorstep...
