The owner should be embarrassed. I have been spending a fortune here weekly on my family and 4 kids after swimming. The chips are hit and miss sometimes under cooked. You have to ask if you want any serviettes as they are kept behind the counter. By the time the worker had called your name the worker has gone out back or to another customer not giving you the opportunity to ask for a serviette for some time. Given you have ordered multiple milkshakes, jellies, coffees and chips with 4 small kids it would be assumed you would require a serviette or two. Today I went to order after swimming was completely ignored as one worker was out back and the other was out the front having a nice long social chat so I left. I have always supported this local small business but i will be taking my custom elsewhere in future as it’s clearly not valued. I have always been very thankful and polite to the staff of this business but clearly the courtesy is not returned. There is a sign up that our staff are people too respect them, respect...

Service here is a joke, staff are all out the back and walk straight past you at the counter and only one or two ladies serve, this is the case at all different times of the day and when busy or empty even when I'm the only customer. Staff talk to eachother rather than customers or serving. Prices are high for what it is. I wanted a quiche take away and when I received it it was frozen still. Pasta salad is pasta with a pesto base and one piece of sundried tomato. I asked for help after I spilt my drink, to be told it's not there job. No offer to call who ever job it is or give me a wet floor sign while I go find someone to help me. Every staff member has a sour look...

Hello , I had An unpleasant experience with one of your lady staff this morning at the Armadale aquatic centre Cafe . She had an attitude and when I brought it up to her she talked over me stating that I was arguing . She had no customer service , no smile but a behaviour and not the right attitude. I am a nurse myself and I worked with people , kindness is priceless...
