Just ordered $71 worth of curry with 2 cans of drink. Very underwhelming. The sauces are microwaved with the cooked meat added. We were 5 mins down the road from the ārestaurantā got home and the meals were cold. When I walked in to order nobody came out and there was one takeaway meal ready. I was told it would be 15 min waiting time. When I walked back in to collect my order it was just coming out. There was 3 other take away meals ready to be collected. Tell me how you can cook 4 lots of meals and breads in 15 mins if they are being cooked fresh instead of being heated in a microwave. Sick and tired of being ripped off with food!
Also the take away containers have been heated in a microwave as they are out of shape - this only happens when being microwaved. Not when something hot is poured into the container. What an absolute joke. I used to order curry from another shop which was 20 minutes away from home and I got home and the curry was still steaming hot. So explain how being 5 mins away from home the food is already cold? Thatās because itās not being heated in the microwave long enough!!! I even have doubts if the naan bread is fresh! Probably cooked and then reheated later and wrapped in foil to look the goods!
I would like a refund. Worst $71 I have ever spent on food. And who charges $4 for a can of coke! Or is there a surcharge for heating our meals in the microwave!!!
Do not order from here!!!! Spend your hard earned money...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTried this Indian restaurant during our stay in Esperance, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. The food was just average ā lacked the rich, authentic flavours you'd usually expect from Indian cuisine. Some dishes felt rushed and under-seasoned.
Service was also below par ā staff didnāt seem attentive or particularly welcoming, and we had to wait longer than expected for even basic requests.
What really put me off was the pricing. For the amount we paid, I expected a much better experience in both taste and service. Happy to pay a premium when the quality matches, but that wasnāt the case here.
Wonāt be rushing back, especially with other options...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCanāt believe this kind of Indian Restaurant exists in Australia with quality of service and food exists they have to offer. Gave them a phone call 3 times and nobody answered. We ended up visiting there personally and lady at the reception made me excuse that we were busy and thatās why couldnāt pickup phone šš and literally there were only two tables occupied. I can make even tastier chicken curry by mixing tomato pury and cooked chicken than they served, Lentils were uncooked in Dal Makhni, Way too thick naan. I would highly recommend to go to Mcdonalds, that would be even better option. Probably need one more Indian Restaurant in Esperance to...
