What a disappointment…I ordered at 6.10 … was told an hour… went to pick up and had to wait until 8.10. I wasn’t on my own… lots of angry customers who had been waiting similar times…or more … 3 people turning up because they had not got their meal via Uber eats. The gentleman before me challenged the assistant about the shoddy way in which the orders were being taken and not delivered on and he was told that he was not to give business advice. One couple cancelled after being told it would be another 45 minutes added to the considerable time they had already waited…and the discussion was they would cancel and go to Hungry Jacks. Another lady had young children in the car and had waited an hour. When I eventually got my order … I opened the box… clearly in their disarray they had given me a few chunks of chicken and mainly sauce. I have never complained about food in my life but this was an utter shambles… I will be back at Yogis and Spice Paradise for good food… on time. I felt so sorry for the two couples trying to dine in amidst all of the frustrated customers and...

We have been ordering from here for a while but last weekend we ordered take away pick up! On arrival I asked if I could have sauce for with the chicken tikka starter I was told there isn’t any yogurt mint sauce so I asked if there was any other sauce as on its own it can be a bit dry , next minute a guy who I assume is the chef or owner came out the kitchen spoke to me in a rude and abrupt manor and said we have no yogurt mint sauce. I then asked if he had any sauce at all he said we do bits premium sauce I said can I have some I don’t mint paying for it he stormed out the back got us the smallest pot and put it in the bag while huffing and puffing ! He was very rude and his tone towards me wasn’t called for needless to say I won’t be going back ! We have used this place for years but always had...

Ordered for pickup, arrived on the eta told there is a 5-10min wait no biggie. Almost 10 minutes into the wait, I was told one of the items is unavailable but offered to change it for another (refund seemed undesirable when i asked for one for the item) After about a 20min wait I recieved my food. Got home to find one of the items was wrong called them up and they delivered the missing item asap which I was quite impressed with. Butterchicken was essentially just watery sauce with very little chicken in it so wouldn't recommend that however the Rest of the food was delicious 👌 couldnt fault. Recommend allowing extra time past the ETA and double checking everything...
