Full of Beanz Coffee — Restaurant in Western Australia

First time trying this place after living here for however many years now and after hearing good feedback from friends.

It was mixed. Hot coffee was good, made with all specifications requested, breakfast Turkish was soft and enjoyable, banana bread was THICK but came cold, but the worst was the "iced coffee" first sip I almost spat out, tasted OFF but couldn't quite figure out why as I hadn't added anything, BEST GUESS it's iced coffee syrup not coffee shot or pre-made UHT iced coffee beverage poured into a cup. Either way it was GROSS🤮😑

And the only reason I picked it from the menu was because the only difference between the "Iced Coffee" option or "Our Famous Iced Coffee" option was ice-cream included, really wishing I had opted for a hot beverage as at least that offered the different milk options and flavours. All milkshake, frappe and other cold beverage options were unavailable.

Full of Beanz used to have amazing coffee - somewhere i would go almost daily. Within the past 2 months, the coffee is not how I've asked for it. Either boiling hot or too cold, no inbetween. i ask for sweeteners or flavouring (which i pay extra for) and It's not received. Most recently i asked for a large caramel latte with skim milk, and i received a bland flat white with full cream milk and a strong bitter taste (changed beans possibly?) I'm not sure what has changed and i have tried to ride through whatever wave seems to be effecting the store, but i will no longer be returning as there is nothing more disappointing then receiving an awful coffee first thing in...
