I had the absolute worst experience here. Firstly I was waiting forever to order, all while I was watching the waiter take multiple (5 or 6) drinks to other tables. Then the lady with the short red hair was extremely rude and unfriendly. I will never come back to this place again. Go to any other Cafe but this one. They are rude, make you wait, and the food is average.

The lady with the red hair got in my face and poorly explained why my child standing on a tiny chair with me behind him so he could fill up his water cup was not okay. Then proceeded to try and tell me my child would end up in the hospital. There was no safety issue. As a parent I will never take my kids here again. If there is a chair near the water fountain then they should move it if they don't want it to be a hazard.

We decided to head up the road a bit today for a bit of brekky and coffee at Glen Forrest Gourmet. Location is 5 stars if you want to wander the walking track or take the kids to playground before or after calling in to the Cafe. Lots of K9 friends were also at the Cafe in the outdoor area. Glen Forrest is quiet and idyllic with a nice tree lined drive to get there. Service was friendly and prompt. Food was well presented, fresh and very nice. I had the French toast which lacked a tiny but of crunch for me. We also ordered the bacon and eggs and everything on the plate was very good.
