Hungry Jack's Burgers Forrestdale — Restaurant in Western Australia

4 stars out of 5, the food is usually whats expected, the staff always get it right and are friendly in the multiple times I have stopped here. The only reason it is 4 stars and not 5 is we seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding on what the lid for the drinks are for as this has happened multiple times now.

I think where the confusion lies is that they think the lid on the receptacle is simply a dust cover and as long as its on top it's doing its job. However in my opinion it is an integral part to the structural integrity of the receptacle, without which being properly secured will cause a catastrophic collapse of the receptacle in any attempt to pick it up higher than the midway point of the cup. . Now this is fine if your the staff picking the cup up from the base and handing it to the customer who then puts it in a cup holder. But when that customer goes to pick the cup up from the cup holder which cannot be done from the bottom half of the cup then suddenly the devious little cups trap is sprung and you have a new unintentional soft drink dam cupholder/s to add to the aesthetic of your vehicles interior.

Please secure the lids. You are right next to a car wash, and I can't figure out if it's extreme irony or you are running the ultimate money hack your both in on but it's infuriating when you just detailed your vehicle only to have a mobile ant nursery upon...

Getting real tired of the eye rolls and poor customer service. The only people who seem to care are the managers.

Got an eye roll when i had to correct an order they got wrong and then when I get home I realise that Im missing half my order

Its my usual store is the most convenient store but its been a let down for a little while now

Edit: Came back 24 hours later for a mocha, their burger was good, BUT their mocha tasted like the bottom of the pot coffee with no sugar. And yet my sisters cappucino was just fine. Poor consistency. Im just not able to come back. Poor show Forrestdale. Opened so well but have falling far...

They did it again. 1 car in front of us already ordered food. Then I ordered 3 medium chips. We waited 15 minutes or more in the queue. Paid cash at the 1st window. I told them I hoped the chips would be at least fresh and crispy after 15 minutes wait. When we got to the serving window, they gave us a different order and shoved the keypad in my face saying it wasn't paid for. Finally I got my 3 medium chips. I threw the other order out the window in the car park, when I got home 5 minutes later, I chucked the 3 medium chips in the bin as it was cold, soggy and oily. Hungry jacks, never again.

Ordered 2 super stunner meals, they only put one burger in the bag. If you cant get even that right, what chances will you have in life? 1burger=1star. Girl taking orders was...
